FREE Wi-Fi, satellite TV. There is NO swimming pool on the premises. The nearest pool is the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center approx 2.5 miles away, which is a great place to swim.

Semi-handicap accessible. No steps into house, though doorways are standard width. Glass enclosed shower in master bath has small step into shower, main bath has standard tub.

Rental Policies: 25% down due upon booking if requested dates are more than 10 days out; payment in full due if less than 10 days. Deposit refundable until 72 hours prior to check in. Final payment due 10 days prior to arrival. Contract will be emailed upon confirmation of desire to rent. Signed contract must be returned within 72 hours of receipt, unless other arrangements have been made. Signing responsible party must be at least 21 years of age. Rates apply for up to 12 occupants; additional occupants may require additional fees.
